How do I upgrade my account?

Upgrade your plan to Pro / Gold / Platinum and unlock the advance features of Dashboard.


Partner Dashboard works at company-level. That means, if you upgrade your account, all events mapped to that company get upgraded. 

 

Earlier we had two subscription plans for partner dashboard: Premium and Premium+, which were not completely addressing the needs of our clients, considering the fact that the event industry has now completely evolved by moving from physical to virtual. 

And, so has 10times transformed itself, catering to the needs of its clients, by launching its own virtual platform for events hosting, FLOOR 

 

Resultantly, our clients were now looking for an option of having a premium service at event level.

 

With a goal to ensure that the client receives the value for money, we have reworked on our subscription option and renamed it as Pro.


Premium/Premium+ was primarily for using the tools and features we offered in the organizer dashboard. Pro plan includes everything in premium plans plus exclusive advance features explained comprehensively here:

 

To upgrade your account:

 

Step 1: Login to your Dashboard account

 

Step 2: Click on Services on the header. 

 

Step 3: You will be re-directed to Subscription and Services page, where you have options to choose from:

 

  • Currency: USD, INR

  • Frequency: Monthly, Quarterly, Half Yearly, Annually

  • Payment Gateway: PayPal, RazorPay

OR

 

Click on the pricing page https://login.10times.com/plans  and select any plan that suits you.
