Yay yay, we do have the feature inlaid to playback your pre-recorded session after the event gets over. So, your users can watch your pre-recorded sessions as well, even if the session has ended.
To do so, first follow the steps in this article to know how to play your pre-recorded session.
Once the session is over, you can set it up for playback for your audience to watch the session anytime later as well.
CASE 1: Playback Pre-recorded Session on Floor
For this, kindly follow the steps below:
Go to Settings from the bottom right
Select the session from the drop down option
Enable the Override Status and ensure the status is "Event Over"
Scroll down to On Demand Playback and Enable that option
Click on "1 Selected"
Enable the Video
Please refer to the GIF image below for better understanding
CASE 2: Playback Recorded Session from External Source
Once the session (eg presentation from a speaker or zoom meeting recording) is over, then go to your organizer dashboard with the admin email id and follow the below steps:
Go to FLOOR > Recordings from the left menu
Select the session which you want to playback
Click on "+Import" on the top
Select the session from the drop down
Upload the same video, the one which was your pre-recorded session
Go to Settings (bottom right) on Floor again
Select the session from the drop down option
Enable the Override Status and ensure the status is "Event Over"
Scroll down to On Demand Playback and Enable that option
Click on "0 Selected"

Note: The session has to be marked as closed, for enabling playback, otherwise the session list will not show event in playback list and the play button will also not be displayed.
You can also enable this feature in the Event Preview mode.
