Facing issue with Login on the Event FLOOR??
Panic Not! Now, you can Report Your Issue at the Login Page itself which if not addressed by the tutorials, will be addressed & resolved by our concerned team ASAP
Please Note:
The common reasons which we have come across over time for being not able to login are:
Visitors/ Delegates are not using the same email id with which they register and on which the badge/ pin was generated (non-transferable).
They are entering the invite code and badge id/ pin at the incorrect places.
Therefore, would suggest the below articles for them, before submitting the request.
