Newsletters are a promotional activity designed to create awareness and generate interest among audiences based on their industry, event preferences, and location.

These newsletters are shared with registered 10Times users to inform them about upcoming events that match their interests and engagement history on the platform.(Below is an example screenshot of how a newsletter appears to users) 


The newsletter includes essential event details along with direct options for users to connect with the organisers and register for the event. 

 

How To Check The Impressions Of Newsletters?

The Analytics section on the Organiser Dashboard allows you to monitor the performance of your newsletters, including the total impressions, reach, and views generated.

Follow the steps below to access the analytics:

Step 1:

Select the event on the Organiser Dashboard (ODash) for which you would like to view the newsletter analytics.

Step 2:

From the left-side menu, click on Analytics and then select Audience Overview from the dropdown menu.

Step 3:

Scroll down to the Placements section to view the total Reach and Views generated through the newsletters shared.

You can also analyse the performance for a specific date range by selecting the desired dates from the top-right corner of the screen.


How Can We Follow Up To Attain The Maximum Engagement from These Newsletters?

Newsletters help keep registered users informed about upcoming events and encourage them to register. Since newsletters are a promotional activity, user privacy is strictly maintained and recipient data is not shared.

Direct follow-up actions are not required for newsletter recipients. Users who express interest in your event by engaging or registering will automatically appear as Leads on your dashboard. You can then follow up with these leads to maximize conversions and engagement.

 How to get a glimpse of your newsletter

 

Follow these simple steps after logging into your Organizer Dashboard to view your newsletter snippet:

Step 1:

Select your event and click on Content from the left-side panel.

Step 2:

Navigate to Event Overview.

Step 3:

At the top-right corner of the screen, click on the orange dropdown button labeled Preview Snippets.

Step 4:

Select Preview Snippet to view a preview of your event newsletter.

The preview snapshots will appear similar to the examples shown below.

When are the newsletters sent out?


Newsletter distribution is a system-generated activity managed automatically by the platform algorithm.

Newsletters are sent daily to different pools of relevant users. However, each individual user receives the newsletter a maximum of twice a month, with a minimum gap of 15 days between communications.

You would not receive the newsletter if a campaign is Paused

If a User is already registered for the event , they will not receive promotional emails for that event. Instead, we share updates about other relevant events that may match your interests, allowing you to explore and engage with them at your convenience.
