To build your event on FLOOR, you can draft the event layout on the dashboard itself.
Let's see how we can make it from the dashboard easily.
Step 1: Select the event from the dashboard for which you want to make the layout.
Step 2: Click on "Rooms & Layout" which is under the option of Floor on the left panel, pls refer to the screenshot for reference:
You will come across the below page and you can clearly see, that we have many options available here:
We have here stage, private sessions, VIP table and room, networking table and reception, etc.
Stage
Step 1: First we have the stage, click on the "+" icon to create one, and then click on create:
Your stage will be created successfully as shown in the below image:
You will land on the FLOOR session directly if you will click on the "Enter Room" button as shown in the below image:
Whereas you will re-direct to Agenda & Schedule if you click on Welcome to session 1 i,e the title of the session.
Private Session
Step 1: We have the next Private session, to add one click on the "+" icon to create one, and then click on create, same as followed above.
Step 2: You will land on FLOOR if you click on "Enter Room" and re-direct to Agenda & Schedule if you click on Welcome to session 2 title of the session as shown above:
VIP Table
Step 1: Click on the options available in the header" VIP Table" as shown in the image below:
Step 2: You need to click on "+" and then click on create as shown in the below image:
You will see a speaker will get added automatically as shown in the below image:
Step 3: If you click on the speaker, it will redirect to you on the below page. Where you can edit add more speakers, and bulk import as well:
VIP Room
Step 1: Click on the options available in the header" VIP Room" as shown in the image below:
Step 2: You need to click on "+" and then click on create as shown in the below image:
Step 3: A VIP room will be created and just click on the "Enter Room" button as shown below:
Step 4: You will land on FLOOR in VIP Room as shown below:
Premium Booth
Step 1: Click on the options available in the header" Premium Booth" as shown in the image below:
Step 2: You need to click on "+" and then click on create as shown in the below image:
Step 3: A booth will be created on FLOOR as shown below:
Networking Tables
In physical events, we have seen there are coffee tables and a lounge a separate area has been given to make the event more engaging, and private for all the attendees to discuss and chat among professionals. No need to worry, On FLOOR we have a Lounge serving the same purpose.
In FLOOR Lounge will look like this you may refer to the below image for reference.
As shown above, every table is allowed here seats, where attendees can join the table. This is just like a virtual meeting among attendees. You can brand these tables with the event logo and sponsor logo.

Helpdesk
At the physical event, there is a separate section of the help desk for visitors' and exhibitors' queries. Similarly to make the journey on FLOOR easier and seamless, we have a remote helpdesk section, very convenient and of great value for your users.
Our aim is to serve our event community by serving our event participants including exhibitors, panelists, and delegates, apart from the organizers.
