Exhibitors Checklist. Checklist for Booth owners


1. How to join the session with the Unique Link

  • Event organizers will share unique booth links with their respective booth owners.

  • Through a unique booth link, you will enter your booth which you will get by email.

  • Do not share your unique booth link with anyone, as this is the access to your booth.

  • Refer to your invite email and click on the highlighted option below:

     

     

  • Please open this link in Google Chrome and ensure your VPN is turned off (Please log in 20 minutes before the event start time)

  • Once logged in to the platform using the link provided above, click on the Join Wait Room button provided at the bottom of the screen.

     

  • Now you will enter the Wait Room of the platform where all your visitors are waiting to join the booth and you can make an announcement to them.

  • You can invite the visitors to the meeting room from the Wait List

     

     

  • You can refer to Rooms on the right panel to enter any Meeting Room

     

     

  • To leave the booth, click on the exit button provided at the bottom right of your screen, highlighted in the below-given image.

     

     2. I can enter the booth but am not able to invite visitors or enter the meeting room?

     

    You have logged in via the visitor link as a visitor. Kindly ask the organizer to share your unique booth link to join. You just need to click on the booth link to enter your booth. (You do not need to enter any email id while logging in)

     

    3. My mic/ camera is not working, what should I do?

     

  • First check if any other application using the camera is not open on your laptop while using FLOOR (like Teams, Gmeet, Zoom, etc)

  • Please ensure there are no firewall securities in your system. To troubleshoot firewall/ VPN access, kindly refer to this article.

  • You will see a small video icon where you enter the URL(besides bookmark star). Click on that and allow permission to access your camera and microphone. Kindly refer to the screenshot below:

 

  • Click on the highlighted icon in your URL and turn on the toggle Camera and  Microphone.  

  • 1. Click the troubleshoot icon in the upper right corner of your screen

    2. Select the desired Audio Input and Output from the dropdown menu under Microphone

    3. Select the desired Webcam Source from the dropdown menu under Camera

4. How will visitors enter my booth?

 

Visitors can find the booth/ exhibitor section on the left menu. After clicking on that they will see the entire booths for the event. They can filter by category and can even search the booth. To enter any booth, they need to click on the "Enter" blue tab.

 

5. Where can I see the meetings scheduled by the visitors?

 

Kindly refer to the Wait List > Schedule to view all your pre-appointments

 

6. I am not able to share the screen from chrome in Apple MAC, what should I do?

 

 

Note:

  • Please refer to this article to know how to share a presentation on FLOOR

  • Also, please ensure while screen sharing you select "Entire Screen" by tapping on it (a blue frame around it will confirm that the screen has been selected) then your SHARE button will be clickable/ enabled to proceed further.

     

     


7. I have a firewall installed. What to do?

8. How can my invitees access my booth from China?

 

Since Google Chrome and Safari do not work in China, so users need VPN to access from chrome. For this, please refer to this article.

 

 

9. Which browsers and devices are supported by FLOOR?

10. How do I access other sessions and other areas on Floor/

Do we get a separate link to attend other sessions?

 

You will have Exhibitor rights only on your respective booth. For the rest of the event sections, you will act as visitors. So you can navigate through the Agenda/ Stage and Lounge for networking & engagement. 


Please Note:

  1. The Platform works best on Google Chrome browser.

  2. We highly recommend all users use a Laptop.

  3. Use your Unique Link only to join in.

  4. Please maintain a high-speed internet connection throughout to have a better experience (8 Mbps).

  5. You may refresh the event page if required. Also, you may log out and log in again to have a seamless experience.
